Two of the most gorgeous high people you’ll ever meet… two of the most patient too. With 3 postponed wedding dates they finally settled on a sunny Tuesday in January at the ever so beautiful
Stones of the Yarra Valley.
Angie had been referred to us by a previous Lettuce & Co couple and we all clicked instantly… it was over 2 years of planning before we could watch these high school sweethearts tie the knot, but it was so worth it!
We designed their wedding with modern, simple and a touch of rustic in mind. Complementing the timber architectural features of the venue our design elements included modern typography, soft linens, raw textures with luxe white and blush blooms and lots of green foliage. Crisp whites, soft greys, rich greens and pops of blush pinks, the overall vibe was sleek, sophisticated, botanical and relaxed.
The ceremony was held in the stunning chapel with tunes by the lovely
Tillee Music, followed by cocktails in the Dairy before a Feast in the Barn.
The bridal table was dressed in crisp white linen with earthy grey napkins bringing texture and colour to the table with the bridal party all seated on stunning green velvet dining chairs. Feature bottle green tumblers, matte black cutlery, white and grey porcelain candle holders complimented the table styling providing delicate and subtle accents, complimenting the timber accents in the barn. A large foliage and floral installation providing a luscious back drop.
Guest tables were dressed alternately in linen or as the feature timber tables with both vase and tower arrangements giving the styling both depth and height.
Custom menus with three layers were designed in line with the invitation suite which included the guest names attached with a feature black fastener.
With a midway Rachel Gilbert dress change and some Jimmy Choo sparkle sneakers they tore up the dance floor to tunes from the
Baker Boys Band, then said a final good night to rows on rows of sparklers.
