Mysterious, glamorous and fabulously decadent… a masquerade themed event for 1100 end of year party goers. We had pulses raised from the onset. Venue staff wearing masquerade masks welcoming guests with sparkling refreshments and staffing one pretty cool cloak room.

True to a masquerade tradition, FEASTING was on the menu with 3 grazing food stations and a continuous stream of roaming canapés and supper items. There was no way these guests were going to go home dehydrated (or short a wine) with 3 fully staffed, stocked and styled bars.

Creating the right amount of sparkle and party vibes, all whilst complimenting the permanent fixtures and fittings of Q Events was a key component in the choice of colours and styling decor pieces. The result: ornate gold candle sticks, panne draping, masks and feathers combined with contemporary flower arrangements and streamers. Creative lighting, ear busting entertainment and clever floor planning perfected this event leaving guests wanting more. So much so, the following week, we were booked again for the next one.
