A night of sheer luxury greeted these guests for this private, intimate and exquisite dinner hosted by the Hour Glass in Melbourne’s Collins Street.

Emerald green velvet chairs, white linen weave tableware, premium Stanley Rogers cutlery, Riedel glassware, gold centrepieces and premium blooms… it was luxury end to end.

Guests were also treated to the exceptional culinary skills of Adam D’Sylva over a four course dinner, followed by espresso martini’s, roaming desserts and a showing of luxury high-end watches.
