COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING, CONCEPT DESIGN & STYLING

We bought this client’s annual event to Q Events. A venue that can only be described as an art deco interpretation in a modern city.

The versatility in layout allowed us to set up 3 defined spaces. A space for the 550 adults to wine, dine and dance as well as a space where they can lounge and chat.

These spaces were styled highlighting the existing furnishings and fixtures but with an edgy elegance. With a focus on where guests would find themselves most of the evening, we designed and suspended custom pendant lighting above the dance floor and created a 7.2m pop up bar with a custom fabric backdrop.

Whilst the adults indulged, their children (over 150 between the ages of 0 & 15) were welcomed into their very own rendition of the Greatest Showman.
