THE LOOK, THE FEEL, THE VIBE

Embarking on our 9th consecutive year with this client (staff with their partners and children), there was a slight shift in brief. Whilst like all others years the main focus was on transporting the children into their very own wonderland, this year the adults wanted to have a piece of that action too. So we delved into the depths of the ocean at Q Event by Metropolis. As this year’s theme for the kids was Under the sea, we subtly brought this theme into the adults space. Keeping it classy we welcomed the  600 adults into our underwater paradise, transporting guests into a realm of serene sea blues, vibrant greens, and captivating bubbles.

Whilst our adult guests savored an evening of delicious food and entertainment, our dedicated team of nannies and entertainers ensured that the little ones were immersed in their own aquatic paradise, just steps away.

Treated to a culinary feast from the moment they arrived with themed cocktails, fresh oysters, delicious seafood and sushi. Amidst the glow of the ocean-inspired room highlighted by an illuminated 7meter bar, pearls as table lamps, custom room water projection and creative floral coral-like creations, attendees mingled in the ambience of the sea. With a jaw dropping feature performance by Maya and a dynamic DJ pumping tunes late into the evening guests celebrated the end of another fabulous year.
