COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING, CONCEPT DESIGN & STYLING

A 10m x 12m clear roof marquee on the Luminare rooftop was house to over 100 kids of all ages. Unfortunately, Melbourne decided to put on one hell of a weather show, dropping a seasons rainfall in one evening and with winds that could (but didn’t and wouldn’t have!) lifted and blow away the marquee. If it wasn’t for seeing it all unfold through the clear roof and walls, no one would be the wiser. Consequently, we had put on a show of our own.

Transforming the once blank canvas marquee into its own little universe. Fairy light laced ceiling, giant balloon installations, mini tents and pretend campfires, interactive colouring in decals, video game consoles (space invaders, how fitting!), a dedicated corner with a range of board games and puzzles, shimmering drapes sectioning off to the mini cinemas, face painters, balloonist, hair & makeup pamper stations, mini photobooth, personalised gifts and food stations.
