ALISON’S 50TH

Alison’s 50th was the epitome of modern elegance. Set in the 28 Sky Bar Lounge at Crown Metropol, a luxurious birthday celebration took place for Alison to enjoy alongside all of her nearest and dearest family and friends.
The brief that Alison requested was a setting that spoke luxury and glamour. She also noted that her favourite flowers were red roses, so the inclusion of these was a must!
The interior turned out exactly how we imagined; elegant, lavish, glamorous, chic… just fabulous! The touches of velvet, gold and crystal made the room sparkle in the ambient lighting of the night and enhanced the sentiment of luxury throughout the room.
Red roses were styled amongst draping green foliage and touches of burgundy and fuchsia blooms, embellishing the walls and tables, creating a seriously striking colour palette.
“The devil is in the detail” as they say, a rule we tend to stand by…and it was no different for this special night. It was the simplest of details that made all of the difference such as the perfectly coloured deep red napkins that adorned the tables to the custom designed, curved black table menus that sat on the charcoal crockery surrounded by gold cutlery and crystal cut glassware. It really was a beautiful evening to celebrate Alison’s 50th birthday, one we will always remember.
