When acclaimed movie producer Susie Montague wasn’t busy managing actors and sets on her latest film in far North Queensland, she was calling on us to create something just as memorable… her 60th birthday celebration. ‘Black with a touch of sparkle’ was the only brief.

Held at the sophisticated Yugen Dining, Susies nearest and dearest were ushered through heavy velvet drapes and immersed in a night of glamour. Flowing Bollinger Champagne throughout the night, freshly shucked oyster and caviar bar and entertainment.. Think London. Think New York. The entertainment brought that same energy, and the night was nothing short of spectacular.

The Huxleys with their signature sparkle and feathers, Raleigh Williams on the baby Grand with sultry jazz and DJ Kitty Kat taking the energy to a new level, well into the next morning.

A celebration of Champagne, music and unforgettable entertainment. This milestone birthday was every bit as dazzling as the world Susie creates on screen.
