A vibrant celebration of Australia’s rising culinary talent, this gala dinner brought bold creativity to the table—quite literally. Set at Encore in St Kilda, guests were welcomed with a playful install of purple cabbages and florals, before wandering through a glowing timeline of chef achievements. Inside, three unique tablescapes played with reflections, flowers, and food, creating a night full of flavour, flair and festivity.

From start to finish, it was a sensory journey honouring innovation, connection, and 25 years of culinary excellence.
