As their preferred event planners and stylists, LKH Events asked us to work our magic to give their guests an unexpected experience within their new event spaces, Bromley & Co and The Grand Room at The Grand Capitol, South Yarra.

With a simple brief and a whole lot of trust we conceptualised, presented and executed an event oozing with elegance, opulence and intrigue.

A shimmering gold ballerina and an ‘unexpected’ floor graphic marked the occasion with a glimpse of what was to come… a grand and artistic tablescape in Bromley & Co – it was an art form in itself. Guests sipped on champagne and sampled canapes from the Chef hatted kitchen of Yugen Dining before being escorted up to the Grand Room. As guests passed by the mysterious gold metallic draping, artfully placed hands in black satin gloves appeared with mini citrus martinis for guests to take.

Our vision was to have The Grand Room look as grand as its name. The space emulating falls of liquid gold with crystal mood lighting, premium florals and custom designed signage. The complimenting hospitality was second to none, from Sake & cheese, a suspended charcuterie, martinis to a roaming oyster bar.
