COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING, CONCEPT DESIGN & STYLING

We planned and styled this end of year event for one of our favourite clients, 400 guests and 52 children.  Set in the Myer Mural Hall we also set and styled a separate room for all those kids! Guests were welcomed with a custom, feature media wall. Here they enjoyed cocktails and canapes before moving into the stunning Mural Hall. The huge feature bar set with abundant clusters of Tom Dixon replica etch pendants hanging from above. A feature cake made to replicate one of the companies products and then set up as a workstation just for some fun.

With entertainment from a 12 piece jazz band, comedy and song with the ‘Tenors Undercover’ and DJ tunes to finish the night. The kids had a ball in their colourful ‘candyland’ space. Including, a  feature candy striped balloon ‘tree’ which took centre stage. Movies, games and a photo booth keeping the kids entertained for hours! Also, the custom designed artwork for the craft tables a real hit with the kids, colouring in a ‘candy land’ directly onto the table.
