Masterchef Australia judge George Calombaris’s long time idea of turning a restaurant upside down had guests pleasantly surprised for the Melbourne Foos & Wine Festival. With a touch of Bollywood, saris and Indian inspired cuisine merged with George’s acclaimed Greek fare, The Press Club was transformed into a feast for the senses.
From mango lassi or curry infused whiskey cocktails to samosas and paneer disguised as halloumi.
