This client’s annual event just gets bigger and bigger each year.  We once again sourced the perfect venue… Ormond Collective, recently and beautifully restored.

The sprawling layout of this venue allowed us to set up multiple spaces both indoors and out.

Adding modern art deco highlights and pieces to compliment the existing art deco features of Ormond Hall, we played with a colour palette of muted jewel tones, touches of velvet, textural elements with hints of gold and silver with lush, luxe structural florals.

We had 2 bars inside and a bar outside, roaming oyster shuckers and a seafood station which was home base for a Sushi/Sashimi Chef filleting like a Samurai. Horns of Leroy welcomed guests into the Courtyard whilst Rutherford provided all other entertainment which we had customised for the occasion including live sax, bongo drums, DJ and a vocalist dressed for the occasion. For those with sore feet from dancing, we had styled lounge chill-out zones.

Whilst the adults were doing their thing, we had the kids well looked after and entertained in the trusted hands of certified nannies and various activities were once again treated to a sensory overload of colour, fun and activities and none cooler on this super hot night than a ‘Silent Disco’.  Armed with individual headphones the kids danced up a storm on their custom  ‘no standing just disco dancing’ dance floor. Pamper stations with glitter tattoos and fancy nails, private mini cinema, video games, games table, mini photo booth and a disco designed interactive craft table kept the little ones entertained for hours.

All in all a fresh, stylish and refined event with a hint of fun!
